Cinematographer Kabir Lal directs Tamil film - Anu Emmanuel dating `Indian' Producer's son


 

Cinematographer Kabir Lal ( Kaho na pyaar hai', 'Taal', 'Pardes', 'Welcome back' ) turns director with multilingual romantic thriller titled 'Un Paarvayil'  Malayalam actress Anu Emmanuel who debuted as heroine in Nivin Pauly film Action Hero Biju, went on to do Tamil film (Thupparivalan) and  Telugu films. She acted as one of the heroines in the Telugu film `Oxygen' directed by A M Jyothi Krishna. Reports say that Jyoti and Anu are seeing each other.

Kabir Lal is directing a romantic thriller in Tamil, Telugu, Marathi and Bengali. In the Tamil version, Ganesh Venkatraman and Parvathi Nair play the lead roles.The film is being shot in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.Ajay Singh is producing "Un Parvaiyil" on behalf of Lovely World Productions. The film is slated to release in July.

Jyothi Krishna is son of Producer A M Rathnam who has produced blockbusters like Shankar's  Indian , Boys , Hindi film Nayak ( remake by Shankar of Muthalvan with Anil Kapoor) among others. Rathnam also produced three films with Ajith . His last outing in Telugu was Oxygen directed by his son Jyothi in 2017.

Anu had a release in January this year - Alludu Adhurs starring Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas which was released recently on the occasion of Sankranthi and currently she is working for upcoming action drama Maha Samudram starring Sharwanand and Siddharth under the direction of RX 100 fame Ajay Bhupathi.

Venkatesh had agreed to act in the Drishyam 2 remake if only Jeethu Joseph directs it. Drishyam was remade in Telugu by actress Sripriya. She had acquired the Telugu- Tamil rights before the release. In Tamil, Jeethu directed it. Jeethu has started scouting for locales in Andhra and TS.
