Actor Vijay s ,presumably his ultimate movie ,Jananayagan , has run into deep troubles even 4 months before its screening.

As already known to the readers of this space , This man started a new party TVK and set on mini state wide tours with a promise of corruption free, women safe , with an iron hand over the law and order situation in the state.

He didn’t stop with that . He addressed the chief minister as Uncle.

After getting trolled, in the next campaign, he addressed the CM as Mr CM sir .

I think in the very same day CM tweeted he is not afraid of new enemies.

Rajini joined the trade by saying the CM is capable of tackling old and new enemies.

The inner circles of CM did not like Vijay s speech

Now it is understood that two or three more new movies will be released on the same day of Jananayagan.

The movie will be trolled one month before its release by Dmk it wing.

Rajini fans, who believe, Vijay fans are responsible through trolls , for the week days debacle of the recent Thalivar movie Coolie,are also waiting for Jananayagan.

The fans of the old foe , Ajit, will join the celebrations.

The 12 th hour permission for the special morning shows are a sharp weapon designed to prevent the 3rd back to back 100+ c on day 1 for Vijay.

Let us see how Jananayagan fares against odds.

Good content is the best defense against such savage attacks. Strong fan base also helps. Sustainability in theatres is another important factor . Entertainment value in the movie alone can do it .

Suriya- Vetrimaaran Vaadivaasal is ON / Rajini and Dhanush hears H Vinoth/ Dragon Again with AGS

 

• Vaadivaasal is not dropped, rumors are false. The animatronics had some delays and there were some budget issues, but shoot will begin from October-November. Will release next year. Suriya is in discussion with a film with director Jithu Madhavan who did Aavesham. It is produced by a Tamil company.

• Simbu’s immediate project is a dark gangster drama set in North Madras, directed by Vetrimaaran. There is a decent chance that this film is Vada Chennai 2, or is part of that world. The film shoot begins first week of July, and will get wrapped up around October. Releasing in December to February. Right after this Simbu will begin his project with Ashwath Marimuthu.

• Rajinikanth and Dhanush are in talks for seperate films with director H Vinoth. For the Dhanush project the producer is 7 Screen Studios. Hearing Vinoth is in a better head space now.

• Pradeep Ranganathan has signed two films with AGS. One of them is his second collaboration with Ashwath Marimuthu, and the other is one of his own direction. The film is a commercial Sci-Fi Super Hero subject, which the bound script is done. It isn’t decided if Pradeep will act in this film- AGS wants him to but Pradeep is reluctant.

Rahul Bose has joined the cast of SK 21, a film produced by Kamal Haasan and directed by Rajkumar Periasamy. Previously, Rahul had acted in the movie Viswaroopam and its sequels. He is currently reporting for the Kashmir schedule, where Sivakarthikeyan portrays a military officer and Rahul plays the role of a spy. Sai Pallavi has also joined the cast, and the film features music composed by GVP. Shortly after RKFI officially announced Kamal and H Vinoth's project, there were rumors that Keerthy Suresh might be cast in the film. Vinoth's film delves into the world of farming and explores how modern cultivation and marketing methods can enhance a farmer's income. The story is set against the backdrop of the Punjab farmers' strike, which revolves around government policies and the monopoly market. Additionally, there is news that Kamal's film has been acquired by Netflix for a whopping Rs 130 crores even before its official announcement. If this turns out to be true, it would be the highest-ever deal after Vijay's Leo. Meanwhile, Vettayadu Vilayadu, which was released 17 years ago, hit the screens again last week and enjoyed a packed audience for all weekend shows. Lyca Productions has officially announced that Jude Anthany will direct their next .Nivin Pauly, Sudeep, and Vijay Sethupathi are expected to star in this film directed by Jude Anthany. Jude, whose 2018 film was a blockbuster in Kerala, has been chosen to helm this project. Furthermore, Alphonse Puthren has revealed that his Tamil film "GIFT" will feature seven songs composed by Illaiyaraaja.

Malavika Nair, who has previously acted in Mollywood and made a mark in Tollywood with films like "Yevade Subramanyam" and "Mahanati," is now set to make her debut in Kannada cinema. She will be starring opposite Golden Star Ganesh in a film directed by Srinivasa Raju, known for his work on the film "Dandupaiya." Darshana Rajendran, a popular Malayali actress, is set to make her Telugu debut. She gained fame through her roles in the blockbuster hits "Hridyam" and "Jaya Jaya Jaya He." Currently, she is working on a film directed by Praveen, known for his successful movie "Cinema Bandi." When Manju tweeted no Guts no glory , she meant it for the director for putting his name to a film that beats all illogical films that have come so far in Kollywood. 

Story; A bank located in Mount Rod Chennai has a team of robbers break in. they find that already a guy with same motive is inside and he is AK.Now this AK guy is a bank robber because he wants siphon all the money that the bank milked from the unsuspecting customers. Will he successfully complete his mission is the film all about.

Performance : AJITH KUMAR all the way and director H Vinoth has realized that a screen presence of AK is most important to smokescreen the lows in storytelling and over look the illogical super human actions of the hero and Manju Warrier. So add the AK do a moonwalk to give fans a kick and looks like it worked as this is trending soon after the 1 AM show.

From Vaali to Mankantha  AK excels in a role with shades of grey and Thunivu just gives him more space to do it. As far as Manju Warrier is concerned, I think she has got footage in a Star film and that too in a role that she has not done before is one big bonus for her and for viewers she is no disappointment. Most of the others have their roles well defined and give their best.

Technical aspects of the film are just about average. Art Director has created sets that can be blatantly  recognized as one. Nirav cinematography is one big plus and when it comes to music ,Ghibran does deliver his best but what happens is that the placement is at the wrong time. Here again how do you differentiate from gunshots- bomb explosion and BGM ?

Narration : From what you get to see in Thunivu trailor, the film gives an expectation and to a great extent it does deliver the heist factor. After all the fireworks – shoot outs and bombs exploding in the first part, you are taken in the second half to a portion where H Vinoth wants his film to be known as not just a heist film but also an expose on how private corporate banks make their balance sheets profitable by manipulating the public who do not read the small print in the forms that they sign.

This self-indulgence by the director affects the film pace and he did this in his previous film with AK and had to later cut it out. After the slow pace, the film takes it own time to shift to fast gear and this is one hell of a problem for a film backed by an electrifying AK screen presence. White  suit- white hair – mesmerizing smile and a machine gun in his lap, it is AK all the way.

Verdict : A one time watch for  those who are lovers of superhero genre films apart from  AK fans

Ajith AK 61 is Vallamai' (Power) and Khiladi is copy of Sathuranga vettai 2 ?

 

Ajith Kumar's next after Valimai is titled Vallamai' according a talk in the industry. The film will go on the

floor next week after a office pooja in coming week. Now known as AK 61, the film cast- crew and title will be revealed at the launch. Every Ajith film launch is a closed door affair and done without any fan fare. First look of Ajith sporting a white beard has been released and buzz is that the actor will be playing a dual role or  character . Actor Kavin who is known for Bigg Boss Tamil is in the castalong with Yogi Babu ( his portions were edited out in Valimai) is another news. It is not known whether music will be by Ghibran or Yuvan. Valimai carried Yuvan's name but Ghibran is said to have done the BGM.

Meanwhile the producer of Tamil film Sathuranga Vettai 2 whose story has been written by Valimai's director H Vinoth has moved the court saying that Telugu film Khiladi starring Ravi Teja has lifted many scenes from his film and that the OTT release should be stopped. Satthuranga Vettai 2 has been in the cans due to financial issues and finally is getting ready for a release. It has Aravind Swamy and Trisha in the lead.

Secret relationship in Bigg Boss Ultimate smoking room ? Kavin in AK61

 

A tweet about a secret relationship between two contestants in Bigg Boss Ultimate and that the clandestine meetings in the smoking room is being edited out in the so called ` live streaming' on Disney Hotstar has created all around speculation. The majority of the viewers feel that the players Balaji Murugadoss ( Bala) and Abirami are in a secret relationship and that this is not projected outside to give the show a `clean image'. Kavin ex contestant of BB after a few films has hit big time as he is playing a major role in Ajith Kumar- Vinoth next film.

Many instances like Bala breaking open the door to get Abirami out of what others thought to be a suicide attempt to many moves including the pinching of the waistline of Abirami to show  the secret closeness is pointed out  It is for this reason that Niroop , ex BF of Abirami is staying aloof from her offlate. He had made public his intention to move closely with Abirami earlier. Visuals of Abirami smoking before her entry to BB are on the net. Even Anitha had asked Bala as to why he was shielding Abirami.

Some other say that Niroop and Sruthi are those in a secret relationship. This camp says that Abirami seeing this relationship growing stronger has closed ranks with Julie and Bala to spoil the pitch for Niroop. Abhirami and TV actress Sharanya had slammed Bala for saying in earlier BB House that co-contestant Sanam Shetty had to sleep around to win the beauty pageant title. Niroop's GF Yashika was ex contestant of BB and had visited him at BB House in the next sason. Niroop had said that Yashika had been the motivator for him to enter BB. Bala was co-contestant of Yashika and after the season ended, Joe a manager of events said that Bala was behind the hit and run case that Yashika was alleged to be involved in.

Abhinay who was eliminated from BB Ultimate for being a weak player was accused of fallen head over heels with contestant Paavani in Season 5 of BB. Being a married man, this created a flutter. Later Abhi's wife who tweeted using her husband name long with her had dropped his name. It led to speculation that she had walked out on him. His entry in Ultimate was more of a exercise to salvage his reputation and show him as a good hubby and father. Abhinay outside Ultimate tweeted that his wife added his name to her handle for public to identify her during his tenure inside the BB house and once outside, she dropped the name. Question is whether she dropped the name only or the person itself from life ?.

Zee News Tamil quotes Amma aide as Ajith denies political entry

 

 Zee New Tamil tweet that Sanakaralingam ,  personal aide of Late CM J Jayalalithaa telling the new channel that the actor was getting ready for a political entry had sparked the actor into denying the news, said a source. The aide claimed that Ajith was getting adequately armed for political battle and said that the film releasing on AMMA birthday was apt as the title signified AMMA. This created a ripple as Zee Studios is co- producer of Valimai and the next project with same combo.

This is in response to speculations regarding AK's entry into politics after the Valimai release. On Feb 6 , we reported that AIADMK cadres are using Valimai as a campaign material for the local poll bodies. We had given pictorial evidence. The story circulated was that Ajith had chosen the date as it was B'Day of AMMA. Her attending the wedding was also put up as banners. After seeing Valimai , many stories appeared that the dialogue which says No point in saying system is not right. We must change first " was a direct hit on Rajinikanth who said that he was entering politics as `system was wrong'. This was taken as a forerunner to AK entering politics. At the time when Jayalalithaa was in hospital, a story doing the rounds was that AMMA had wanted Ajith to run for CM post and go in for a people mandate after dissolving the Government.

This writer was witness to a function where Ajith on stage in presence of then CM Karunanidhi said that forcing people to attend such felicitation functions should stop.. Rajinikanth in front row got up and clapped.
