Nithya Menen in Shekar Kapur fillm / Jhanvi Tamil debut in Pa Ranjith film / Nayanthara- Sundar c film Rs 100 cr budget

Nithya Menen National Award winner ( Thiruchitambalam opposite Dhanush) is to act in Shekar Kapur’s next which is a sequel to his film Masoom. The film has Shabana Azmi and Naseeruddin Shah ( who were part of the first part) and Kaveri who is Shekar’s daughter. The film is titled Masoom Next Generation. Nithya had acted in Mission Mangal starring Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan. Her upcoming film Idly Kadai in Tamil is most awaited film as it is a Dhanush directorial. While not a direct continuation of the 1983 film, the sequel also explores familial relationships, the director shares that the film will delve into what a home represents—love, relationships, memories, and identities.
