Harbhajan Singh's junior artiste debut in Tamil - Vijay Antony wants to be PM { Movie Reviews)

 

Indian cricketer  Harbhajan Singh aka Bhajji pa  makes his debut as junior artiste in Tamil film  Friendship running to empty houses in TamilNadu. Actor- composer Vijay Antony signals that he is a CM aspirant through Kodiyil Oruvan and but sadly has no viewers to get the message. 

Probably in Tamil cinema history, no junior artiste would have got his face on the posters. This credit goes to Bhajii. His cricket achievements have given him this rare status. In case you are an ardent fan of his, there is a full ten minutes devoted to a cricket match. Now this film story is ` Queen’ the Malayalam film ( I did not catch any mention of it in credits). Losliya who got famous through Bigg Boss Reality show makes her debut and though no patch on Saniya Iyyappan, does give a good account. Arjun as the lawyer makes his presence felt ..

Last week we had Vijay Sethupathi play a councilor in Thuglak Darbar ( released on OTT) and now Vijay Antony becomes CM in Kodiyil oruvan. He becomes councilor ( that too in a Chennai Housing Board colony and him being a recent migrant from a small town). Then he gives us a detailed insight into how important a councilor job is and the funds he gets is more important than an MLA- MP fund, After this, he moves to be CM. We are warned that in 2024 there will be a sequel. So Antony will be PM !!!.

This docu-drama on councilor and his job was probably the first step by Vijay Antony to try his luck as councilor in the upcoming local body elections. Good Luck to him.
