Jailer 2 baddie is Chemban Jose / Shabana Azmi wanted Jyotika out of Dabba Cartel

Shabana Azmi speech at the Dabba Cartel preview that she was initially wanted two actors out of the series and revealed that one of them was Jyotika. The Producers said that they could not remove her and so she was in. Shabana said later on she felt that she was wrong. From the series, it is Jyotika who is getting good reviews and second is Nimisha Sajayan of The Great Indian Kitchen fame. Both of them had bonded well while working. Rajinikanth Jailer 2 will have a Malayalam actor Chemban Vinod Jose . In the first part, it was Vinayakan as the baddie. After his death, Rajinikanth in the sequel gets hounded by the gang that was behind Vinayakan and Chemban is the gang leader. Chemban had acted in Kamal Haasan’s Vikram in the role of Commissioner Jose. Cheman is also a producer- screen writer. His previous outing in Tamil was Alangu. In the first schedule in Chennai, Chemban and Shivaraj Kumar join Rajinikanth.

The Great Indian Kitchen ‘s Hindi remake Mrs. achieved ZEE5’s highest opening ever. It has clocked a cumulative of 400 million+ streaming minutes ever since its premiere. It is the best performing and highest grossing film on the platform, with sustained engagement even weeks after its release. The film has also been the most searched movie during its release window and continues to trend across social platforms. It also got a Google user rating of 4.6/5. The Malayalam original like Mrs was an OTT release and not on any big platform but on Neestream. Critical praise took it to Amazon. In fact Amazon had rejected the film as there was an episode of a woman going to Sabarimala, a controversial topic. After the rave reviews, Prime bought it and this took it to other languages. I knew exactly what kind of a film this version would be when I knew immediately who was going to play the lead. The Malayalam film with Nimisha Sajayan and Suraj in the lead picked up several State awards. The Hindi version was directed by woman Director Arati Kadav. Those who have seen the original had this question to ask -Why the female character played by Sanya is not as angry as the one in the original? Soundarya Rajinikanth web-series dropped by Amazon / Mohanlal film producer buys Hollywood top agency

Amazon Prime’s web series, Gangs Kuruthi Punal came Soundarya Rajinikanth way as creative producer, an opportunity she must have wanted after the debacle Kochadiyaan . After shooting 100 episodes , the project has been put on the back burner. Launched with great fanfare .halfway through the shoot in Puducherry, things started going haywire, and it overshot the budget.
