Thalapathy Vijay as head of TVK was invited by TN Governor for the official function At Home in Raj Bhavan function on January 26th evening. Now it seems that Vijay is not going. If the State Government does not like the Governor, the CM does not go for this function. This year Stalin is giving it a skip.

Thalapathy Vijay first poster of upcoming Jana Nayagan lacked the punch and now the second poster has the fans exited as it has Thalapthy wielding a whip and X post has hashtag Naanitaal -Nan Aanai ittal…….. Trisha in Gaurav direction - Deepika asks Rs 30 crores for Simbhu film -Nawazuddin Siddiqui in Venkatesh film -VSP In Malay

Actress Trisha Krishnan, known for her role as Kundavai in the Ponniyin Selvan series, has collaborated with acclaimed director Gaurav Narayanan, known for movies like Thoonga Nagaram and Sigaram Thodu, for her 68th film, tentatively titled Kolai Vazhakku. According to reliable sources, the upcoming film will have a strong female protagonist, with Trisha taking on the lead role. The shooting is scheduled to commence in July, following Trisha's completion of her current project, Leo. The production team is also in discussions with prominent actors from the Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada film industries to portray significant roles in the movie. Vels Film International Ltd will produce the film, and an official announcement is expected soon. Trisha is presently occupied with the filming of Leo, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, and eagerly anticipates the release of her next film, The Road, helmed by Arun Vaseegaran. Recognized as the "South Queen" by her loyal fans, Trisha is also involved in the upcoming web series Brinda, which is set to premiere on Sony Liv in the coming months. Furthermore, there are speculations suggesting that she is in talks to portray the female lead in Ajith's Vidaa Muyarchi.

Deepika Padukone has reportedly demanded a remuneration of Rs 30 crores for her role opposite Simbu. Adding to the surprise, she also disclosed a list of expenses that raised eyebrows. The request included luxurious accommodation, with the entire floor of a hotel being booked exclusively for her during the shooting days. Additionally, there were inquiries about travel expenses and expenses related to her staff. It is widely known that Deepika Padukone pushed the boundaries of glamour in her recent film, Pathan. The 75th landmark film of renowned Telugu actor Victory Venkatesh, titled "Sainthav," is directed by the highly talented Sailesh Kolanu and produced by Venkat Boyanapalli under Niharika Entertainment. This upcoming film is a grand action-packed commercial venture featuring prominent actors from the Indian film industry. Notably, each character in the movie holds significant importance. Nawazuddin Siddiqui, the versatile Bollywood actor, is making his debut in the Telugu film industry with "Sainthav." As a special birthday treat, the filmmakers have unveiled Nawazuddin Siddiqui's character poster from the film. His role as Vikas Malik portrays a ruthless antagonist, depicted in the poster while sitting on the hood of a luxurious car and smoking a beedi. Dressed in neo-classical attire, he embodies the most brutal villain in the story. The film also stars Shraddha Srinath as Manokya, the lead actress, along with Ruhani Sharma as Dr. Renu and Andrea Jeremiah as Jasmine. The music for the film is composed by Santhosh Narayanan, while S. Manikandan handles the cinematography. Gary BH serves as the editor, and Avinash Kolla takes charge as the production designer. Kishore Thallur serves as the co-producer. "Sainthav" is a pan-Indian film set to release in all South Indian languages, as well as Hindi, on December 22, coinciding with Christmas.

Director- Producer Arumuga Kumar movie features Makal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi, Yogi Babu, Rukmini Vasanth, PS Avinash, Divya Pillai, Bablu, Rajkumar, and other talented actors. The pooja pooja was held in Malaysia and is second collaboration between VSP and the director after after Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren.

Rajinikanth next with director Thiagarajan Kumararaja post Annaatthe disaster

 Rajinikanth and director Thiagarajan Kumararaja of Super Deluxe fame have been in talks and the next is likely to be a collaboration between them. Sources say that the film might be coming under Dhanush Wunderbar films. The film will be the kind of films that Kumararaja has made so far. In eight years, he has directed only two films and both have been trendsetters in terms of treatment and brought accolades to the director and cast- crew.

His first film was  Aranya Kandam which is considered a cult film.  Being a hyperlink film and breaking all myths that are widely circulated in Tamil cinema, the film won two National awards. The film is described as neo noir gangster film was produced SPB Charan. The film had run into censor problems for the violence and profane language. Director- Producer fought it out to get the film cleared with minimum cuts. SPB Charan says that the film was no loss for him as it recovered money from the festival circuit. Though it was hailed by critics at release time, the lukewarm response at box office muted the film's value. Over the years it is now seen as a cult film among film lovers and  subject for VISCOM students. It was the first  Tamil film of Jackie Shroff. Cinematography of P S Vinod was a highlight.

After that Kumararaja was credited  as dialogue writer for film Oram Po directed by Pushkar - Gayathri duo. They went to direct Vikram Vedha the blockbuster film now remade in Hindi. He worked with Gautam Menon ( Yennai Arinthaal) and his involvement as lyric writer in the experimental film Seethakaathi starring Vijay Sethupathi led to his directing Super Deluxe. . The film was co- produced by him and directed the four part anthology which has stories that run parallels. Vijay Sethupathi's role  of a transgender in one part won accolades. Big names like Myskkin- Nalan Kumaraswamy m screenplay , cinematographers P S Vinod- Nirav Shah, Yuvan music and actors Faahad Fazil- Samantha in the xast, it won many awards and was commercially a hit.
