Rahman double standards - Latha Rajinikanth court woes - Bigg Boss Poornima debut film

Poornima Ravi of Bigg Boss 7 Tamil who is still inside the House will have her first Tamil film as heroine released in Aha OTT. First look was released and film directed by M S Raaja is titled Sevappi. Poornima acted in a few short films and music video and in two feature films in supporting roles. She also acted in Annapoorani starring Nayanthara. Her fans have send congratulatory messages. One of the producers is given as Director Rajeshwar K. Is it the Rajeswar of Seevalaperpandi – Kovilpati Veeralakshmi fame ?

Ayalaan will be a Bahubaali of Tamil cinema said it’s producer KJR and Sivakarthikeyan it seems did not take any money as he wanted the film to be released and so KJR was able to clear his dues with financiers. A major reason is that Sivakarthikeyan , one time protégé of Dhanush and now his arch foe, did not want his film to withdraw from Pongal race as it would look like that he was afraid of Captain Miller of Dhanush beating him at box office. After KJR said Ayalaanwas Bahubaali of Tamil cinema, A R Rahman said Ayalaan was ET of Indian cinema. However some spoil sports asked why this double standards by Chennai Mozart as he sidelined Vairamuthu after being named by Chinmayi in a MeToo post and scoring for Sivakarthikeyan film when the actor was named by fellow composer D Imman of the actor having an extra martial affair with latter’s wife.

Latha Rajinikanth held a media meet as she saw leading channels in Tamil report that she sneaked into court in Bangalore and took bail for a forgery case. This case was another remains of a dispute between Kocahadiyaan Producer Media One Global and AD bureau that loaned Rs 10 crores. Latha stoog surety for Rs 10 crores and after several years of litigation, money has been paid but still there remains a dispute. Now the case that she appeared was a letter that she gave to Karnataka Court saying that one Press Club was behind all vicious news about her and the case and got a gag order from the Court. Later it was proved that no such organization existed. AD Bureau filed a case of forgery and cheating. Though Latha has been let off the surety case, this case is still open and Supreme Court has asked trial court in Bangalore to go ahead with this forgery case. As she wanted a discharge from this, the court said that she was facing a no bailable offense and so at first she has to get a bail and then fight the case and seek discharge. Latha says that she got forensic report to prove it was not she who signed the circular of the fake organization. She says that the idea is embarrass her and take some money for dropping charges gainst her. She says that she backed her daughter Soundarya’s dream and claimed that the film still holds a World ecord in Animation history. If her hubby felt that there was truth in the charges, he would have paid up.

Thug Life decoded and Kamal B'Day - Did Latha Rajinikanth like LeoDisaster post ?

Is Kamal – Mani combo film Thug Life a sequel to classic Nayakan ? Is this  film inspired by Rise of Skywalkers or is it Sisu ? The poster has a poetry written on it and can be read with a help of mirror as the poster contains mirror image. Looking at the images in the video Kamal attire suggests that he is an Yakuza the term used in Japanese for a gangster. So is it happening in Japan as he is fighting gangsters who are using Japanese weapons used in martial combat.

In the video he is called Rangaraja Shakivel Nayakkar. Shaktivel was the name of the grandson of Velu Naicker in Nayakan. Kamal character in Thevar Magan was also Shaktivel. Rangaraja was name in Dasavatharam.

Blue Sattai Maran film critic has posted shots from Rise of Skywalker and Thug life video to show similarity. Yet another contention is that it has similarities to Hollywood intense action film Sisu in which Jorma Tomilla  plays an action hero.

After official announcement yesterday, Dulquer tweeted it was a life time opportunity to work with two great masters. Dulquer had acted in Mani’s Ok Kanmani. Trisha had worked with Kamal in two films earlier and she back after Ps 1 and 2.  Aamir Khan who is in the city for treatment of his mother turned up for the birthday party of Kamal and he along with Suriya posed for a photo shot by Ravi K Chandran who captioned with two Ghajinis. Parthipan too took photo with Aamir. Pradeep Antony who was evicted by a Red card shown by Kamal in BB7 Tamil posted a congratulatory message to the Star and it has gone viral.

Jailer v/s Leo collections continues on X. A hate post tagged LeoDisaster was liked by Latha Rajinikanth and it went viral. Rajini’s PRO Riaz clarified that the like was not from her official X account.

 

Latha Rajinikanth to produce film and music videos

Latha Rajinikanth is to collaborate with producer Prernaa Arora to produce music videos and probably a feature film too. Arora was the producer of the music video Musafir directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth. Arora was to produce a film with Nidhi Agarwal ( reportedly live in GF of STR). As per the report, a music video Numa is being shot in Goa , as a part of the collaboration between Latha and Arora. Two other albums are Aankhon Aankhon Mein', 'Azhagu' and 'Kannal Peginaal', all in Hindi- Tamil. Music album field is not new to Lata. She had released ‘Maaya Jaalam' and ‘Saraal'. Latha started working as a playback singer in Tamil cinema. Few of her famous songs include ‘Netru Indha Neram' from Tik Tik Tik- Kamal Haasan starred movie in 1981 and ‘Kadavul Ullamae' from Anbulla Rajinikanth in 1984

The next two videos will be shot in Chennai from April 12th. Latha has started a new company We Studios who will be the presenter and Arora directs the videos. Arora has produced Rustom, Toilet Ek Prem Katha and Padman among others under KiriArj Studios and later wound it up. She was to produce a film with Aishwarya announced her Hindi directorial debut Oh Saathi Chaal.
