Premalu fame Naslen GF is  Anarkali Nazar . Anarkali Nazar has acted as Kunchacko Boban's heroine in the film Mohan Kumar Fans. She has also acted in the film Ntikkakkakkoru Premandaarnnu. Naslen, the Malayalam actor, was offered a role in Ajith Kumar's "Good Bad Ugly", but he declined due to prior commitments with the film "Alappuzha Gymkhana". The role Naslen was offered was that of Ajith Kumar's son in the movie. "Good Bad Ugly" was a successful Tamil film, achieving the highest grossing status in 2025. 

Naslen’s Alappuzha Gymkhana is mounted at a scale of 12 crore. With its current India net collection of 43.73 crore, its ROI (Return On Investment) comes to 31.73 crore. This results in the ROI percentage coming to a whopping 264%. On its 26th day, the Naslen starrer earned 7 lakhs. This was around a drop of 66% since the movie amassed 21 lakhs on its previous day. The total India net collection of the film now comes to 43.73 crores. The movie garnered 20 crores when it comes to the overseas collection. The worldwide collection of Alappuzha Gymkhana stands at 71.6 crores. The film has been helmed by Khalid Rahman and also stars Lukman Avaran in the lead role.

Social media is all praise for Lalettan’s son Pranav Mohanlal for his simplicity and also praise for his mother Suchithra. Both of them arrived at the airport and soons fans hesitantly approached them for a selfie. Taking permission from Suchithra, Pranav took selfies and not that allowed fans to put a hand over his shoulder. According to the early estimates in Sacnilk, on its 5th day, the M Sasikumar starrer  Tourist Family earned 2.68 crore*. This was around a slight drop of 28% since the movie amassed 3.75 crores on its previous day. Not only this but the 5-day collections was 34% higher than the opening day. For the unversed, the movie opened at 2 crores. The total India net collection of the film now comes to 12.83 crores*.

With this, Tourist Family is inching towards 15 crores. Not only this but it is also pacing towards the profit-making zone in a steady manner. The M Sasikumar starrer is mounted at a budget of 16 crores.. With its current India net collection of 12.83 crores, the film has covered around 80% of its budget. If the positive word of mouth remains consistent, it might soon cross its entire budget. Not only this, but the Indian net collection of Tourist Family is also 91% higher than the lifetime collection of M Sasikumar’s last movie. The worldwide collection of Tourist Family now stands at 18.93 crores*. The film has been helmed by Abishan Jeevinth and also stars Simran in the lead role.

Including day 5, the total collection of HIT 3 now stands at 56.30 crore net at the Indian box office, as per Sacnilk. Reportedly, the film is made on a budget of 70 crores. If we compare this to the domestic collection, the film has already recovered 80.42% of the budget, which is a big relief.

In the next few days, the Nani starrer is expected to recover the entire cost and secure a clean success verdict at the Indian box office.

Set to be Tollywood’s 4th success in 2025

HIT 3 needs just 13.70 crores to recover the complete budget. Afterward, it will become a clean success, thus becoming Tollywood’s 4th successful film in 2025. 

The minus of Barroz - Is Hawa Hawai song being filmed for Prabhas film ?

 

December is going to see all big Superstars of South languages gearing up release and  prominent among them is Barroz that has Mohanlal in the director's seat and also as the actor. Next is Pusha 2 in first week of December and being a sequel, it has already created a huge  buzz. In Kannada we have Upendra with UI. Only Tamil Nadu remains free from top draws.

Barroz has lot of actors from other countries and they all speak the language that are alien to Malayalee audience and so the film is full of subtitles. You have to catch the dialogues from the subtitles. Secondly, the star of the film is not Mohanlal and it is a girl.  The character that Mohanlal is doing is very gigantic but not anything heroic about it. Fourth reason is that there is so many fantasy elements that will excite the children but will it work in theatres ?

Why did Mohanlal direct Barroz, If I do only it it will happen, otherwise nobody will do this  was Lal's answer. This what Cinematographer of Barroz Santosh Sivan told OTT Play. The film is in 3D format and it means shot in 2D and converted to 3D. Most of this films are bit tacky to watch.

As we are on subject of Lal as Director, lets us hear what he has to say about direction - It is only in Malayalam filmdom that an actor gets blamed for a film's failure. In other languages, it is the Director. As an actor I can only make my role in the film great and after that it is in hands of public. It is not an actor's responsibility as we go to another film and a role.

So if Barroz clicks, Director Mohanlal will be the winner !

The iconic Hawa Hawai song in Mr India is to be shot for Prabhas Raja saab is the talk. The song danced by Sreedevi is an evergreen experience. The film is a Boney Kapoor film and rights has been bought. The buzz is that it will be filmed on Nayanthara but again it seems Malavika Mohanan is also a contender. Whether it will be a shot by shot remake or have a new choreographer movements ?

Left to actress Nazirya, she would say Actor Nani is best suited to play her hubby Fahadh Faasil in Avesham telugu remake. Co actor Basil revealed this in an interaction for promotion of the Malayalam film that both of them co star. He said that after Nasriya acted with Nani in a Telugu film, she is his fan. Leo slows down and will not cross Jailer - Rashmika in Girlfriend - S J Suryah in Nani film

Leo box office collections will not surpass Jailer in two Telugu States and Karnataka. First day it grossed Rs 15 cr and second day it fell to Rs 5 crore in two Telegu States. In Karnataka, it opened to Rs 13 crore and second day it is Rs 4 crore. In Kerala, number of shows has been reduced and Mammooty’s Kannur sqad that released one month back has increased the shows. Producer Lalit Kumar said that the weak business in North India due to multiplexes not screening them. Kumar said that after they sold the OTT rights the North Indian multiplexes decided that a 8 week window from release date and OTT streaming was needed for a film. In Tamil Nadu, collections are dropping. From Rs 27 crores it dropped to Rs 15 cr and third day it was Rs 13 cr. It just surpassed Rs 50 cr and in contrast Jailer in three days touched Rs 76 cr. The person most affected by Leo was Shiva Rajkumar. His film Ghost did not get enough theatres in Central Bangalore due to Leo and two Telugu films. Word of mouth is good and now shows have increased and moving to a hit status.

DVV Creations announced that S J Suryah has come on board for their film with Nani. Natural Star Nani and Talented Director Vivek Athreya who delivered a cult entertainer like Ante Sundaraniki are coming together once again for #Nani31. The movie will be produced by DVV Danayya and Kalyan Dasari of DVV Entertainments who delivered an Oscar movie RRR with their last film. This time they are going to explore a difficult genre and it is evident from the announcement video that dropped in today.

Playing the role of Vanthiya thevan, Karthi's Coimbatore dialect, coupled with his father Sivakumar's Coimbatore roots, made him an instant hit. He even delivered two dialogues that were removed from the first part of the film. One of them summarizes the entire story, which revolves around a property dispute between an elder brother's son and a younger brother's grandson. Salman Khan film hits PS 2 Hindi prospects The release of Salman Khan's film "Kisi ka Bhai Kisi ka Jaan" on April 21 is expected to have a negative impact on the box office prospects of Mani Ratnam's "Ponniyin Selvan 2" in North India. "Ponniyin Selvan 2" is set to release worldwide on April 28 in four South Indian languages and Hindi, and the cast, which includes Vikram, Trisha, and Karthi, have embarked on a promotional tour via a private jet to visit several cities in the South as well as hold media events in Mumbai and New Delhi. This amount constitutes half of the film's budget, and the sale was likely influenced by the success of the recent film Dasara , which crossed the Rs 100 crore mark. The film is directed by newcomer Shaurya and features music by Hesham, who previously composed the hit soundtrack for the Pranav Mohanlal film, Hridhyam.
