Truth about Sridevi death and being pregnant before marriage revealed by Boney

For the first time hubby Boney Kapoor opens up about wife Sridevi death that took place in a hotel room in Dubai. He said that Sridevi was very figure conscious out her figure and would be a diet and fasting for days together. Due to this she would have low blood pressure and faint. It was one such instance that she fainted in the hotel bathroom tub as she suffered a heart attack. Boney said that Indian media speculated about the reason for death and Dubai Police questioned him for two days and he took lie detector tests and came out clean. She was found drowned in the bathtub and so the report was accidental death. The question raised then was how could 54 year Sridevi looking so healthy and with no history of heart attack die due to cardiac attack ? . Only Khushi was with her and Boney in Dubai as Jhanvi was busy shooting in Mumbai. Elaborating further, he said that her crash diets to reduce weight was done against her personal Doctor advice as she wanted to look chiseled in front of the camera. . For English Vinglish she dropped her weight to 46 kgs. Her idea was to age gracefully and her daughters were her stress busters. Boney did not open up as he had told everything to Dubai Police. Despite low BP, Sridevi was on a no salt diet, he said. After death, Nagarjuna told Boney that in his film shoot schedule, Sridevi had a blackout in the bathroom and broke her teeth. Media speculated that it was suicide and some attributed it murder for gain by Boney. Boney recently produced three films in Tamil with Ajith as hero. He set the record right on the report that his daughter Jhanvi was born before he and Sridevi got married. He said that both of them got married in a private ceremony in June 2 1996 at Shirdi Temple and in January 1997, pregnancy signs became visible and so they had do a public marriage ceremony. He said that Sridevi was very religious and on her birthday she would walk barefoot to Tirumala temple and when he facing work issues, she walked barefoot from Juhu house to SiddhiVinayak temple. He said that the Chenni house brings back memories of her. The house was recently given a facelift as dampness has crept in and walls were wet.

Dharsan Ganesan ( son of Ramkumar , eldest sibling of Late Sivaji Ganesan) is soon to play the lead in a feature film. It was a statement from the PR desk. Darshan's elder brother Dushyanth too debuted as hero and is a producer now. Prabhu's son Vikram Prabhu is already a dozen films old.

A year back there was a news item which said a music video Kadhal Enge in Tamil and titled Yadholo Mounam in Telugu with Dharsan and Sirisha  (who the PR release said was niece of Late actress Sridevi and it means daughter of Sridevi's sister Srilatha and Sanjay Ramasamy ex MLA ) has been released. What more interesting was that the director of the music video is Lakshmi Devy  who is grand niece of yesteryear actress Padmini ( Travancore sisters). What a combo ! Padmini- Sivaji had worked together in 50 odd movies and now their grandchildren coming together. Sivaji - Sridevi too had acted together. Now Sivaji's grandson and Sridevi niece together.

Further probing I discovered that Devy directed and acted in an English film `When Music changes' and trailer was edited by Navin Vijaya Krishna who is grandson of  yesteryear actress Vijaya Nirmala who married Actor Krishna of Tollywood. Vijaya Nirmala hold the Guinness Book Records for a lady director who directed most number of films.
