Divya Sridhar ex wife of Arnav the contestant who got expelled last weekend posted a video in which she is carrying her child in her arms and saying a dialogue from a film – Do you thin we women should keep on getting slapped and then hits back at camera. Arnav haters have promised to send Anshitha the GF of Arnav who is nominated this week  , out of the show.

Meanwhile Anshitha Army has struck back and backed Chechi in full force. They have loaded a video in which Fatman after eviction in an interview says that Anshitha is the only good girl in the house.

For BiggBoss 8 Tamil viewers, there is news that Pradeep Antony who was evicted from previous season after getting a red card from female contestants is now part of Jeyam Ravi 34. Directed by Ganesh Babu of Dada fame, Ratnakumar who wrote dialogues for Leo and said controversial speech at Leo function about Rajinikanth has joined the team.

Diwali 2024 Kollywood sees a clash of four heroes. As far as Tamil box office is considered, the first pick should be Amaran . It has Sivakarthikeyan in it and is based on life of real life hero Major Mukund. To top it has the Kamal Haasan tag – RKFI Production. After that the choice is going to be between Kavin Bloody Beggar and Jeyam Ravi’s Brother. Kavin last film has not been a big hit like his earlier ones but all the same has a opening among the youth. Jeyam Ravi post PS2 is a draw but his Siren bombed badly. This could be his comeback as a solo hero.

However, Dulquer Salman teams up with  Dhanush Vaathi Director Venky Atluri in Lucky Bhaskar and from the response to first trailor, it is very positive. The film was ready for release long back but it avoided c;ash with Devara and later GOAT. Finally in the Telugu market, for Diwali, there is no big threat to Dulquar. Though a Telugu film, Dulquar does have a big fan following in Tamil Nadu and without doubt the Kerala fans are waiting to see him. His last Malayalam release King Of Kotha was not a loss to him as a Producer but it gave him lot of negative comments. Lucky Bhaskar is set in 1980’s and in a Mumbai backdrop of Dalal street and financial deals. Music is by GVP.

For the OTT viewers there is three releases in and around Diwali and belongs to almost same genre – content driven. Top among them is Lubber Pandhu a sports drama and had a surprisingly good run at box office, Meyiazhagan with Karthi and Aravind swami and coming from 96 Director and Thangalaan which has Vikram and Pa Ranjith as director. It did not create any big fizz but OTT viewers might just like it.

Kamal on Why Amaran ? - Shrutika of Cook with Comali in Hindi BiggBoss

Though Kamal Haasan is in USA, he always is in our midst. We had told you that Kamal Haasan had before boarding the flight , taken part in a event for Star Vijay. It was the first part of the promo of the film Amaran produced by him. It was released today on social media. The film starring Sivakarthikeyan who plays Major Mukund who died a martyr in the Shopian encounter in Kashmir has also Sai Pallavi playing the Major’s wife. Kamal said two of his earlier films Kuruthipunnal and Kadamai Kanniyam Kattupaadu produced by him had fictional stories. Kadamai Kanniyam Kattupaadu was produced by him but Sathyaraj played the lead of the police officer. The film was a remake of I V Sasi’s Aavanazhi.

Kamal on why he produced Amaran and also reveals that the film is also about the family of the Martyr.

“We might have given Major Mukund a medal, respected him posthumously, but we mustn’t forget that the first person to have heard the way the story ended was Indu. His unparalleled bravery was matched by the courage of the people at home. Amaran is about that courage too. I didn’t choose this story. We have no part, except to have to have fulfilled our duty of telling this story,"

Bigg Boss 8 Tamil VSP Salary- Rumours about Indian 3 - Vijay film

As Tamil Bigg Boss season 8 is all set to start the launch on October 6^th, our team that visited the House has given us the information that host Vijay Sethupathi is taking Rs 18 crores  The amount is for 15 weeks. On an average the host gets Rs 15 per weekend and there are few extra days like festive days on which he gets Rs 3 crores extra. Unlike Kamal Haasan, VSP will also shake a leg and also croon , as per the show Director’s script. We are giving a post by Siva Nathan on FB about contestants.

Two hard to believe stories – Indian 3 is taking a Direct to OTT route and skipping a theatrical release. Next Thalapathy last film by H Vinoth is a Telugu remake of Balakrishna’s Bhagavanth Kesari. Both are as absurd as it can be.

Lyca cannot fight the Theatre lobby in Tami Nadu and stay afloat. We all know that Suriya who released his movies on OTT during COVID is still in bad books of many exhibitors. Apart from this Kamal Haasan who was first to moot the idea of a joint release in DTH and Theatres during Dasavatharam and faced lot of hostility is now not in a position as he is an active Producer and a politician too.

In fact from what we learn is that Indian 3 is set for a 8 week OTT window and thereby paving the way for release in national multiplex chains in North India and also on IMAX screens. Suriya’s Kanguva has already tied up with national chains in North India on a similar deal.

Why should H Vinoth and Vijay at this stage of the career look for a remake and that of a film with an outdated story ?. Talking about Vijay latest film cast announcement , fans are unhappy that Pooja Hegde considered an unlucky charm is added to the cast . We hear that Priya Mani is part of the cast. Gautham Menon is another add on.

Pooja is part of Karthik Subburaj- Suriya film under production. In Bollywood she has a film with Shahid Kapoor and Pavail Gulati in the lead and directed by Malayalam Director Roshan Andrews. Ahan Shetty starrer Sanki is another film that she is doing. KVN are the Producers.
