Chemban Vinod joins Kamal Haasan- John Abraham produces Malayalam film

 

Actor Chemban Vinod is the latest addition to Kamal Haasan film Vikram. John Abraham production kick started his first Malayalam film. The Great Indian Kitchen director announces his next. Chemban Vinod is the latest from Kerala to join the Vikram  bandwagon directed by Lokesh Kanakaraj. Faahad Fazil and Kalidas Jayram from Kerala is already acting in the film. Chemban  makes his Tamil film debut.. 

When Prithiviraj joined Karan Johar as co producer of the Hindi remake of Driving License, John Abraham announced his maiden Malayalam film as producer .It has ‘Thanneermathan Dhinangal’ fame Anaswara Rajan and Ranjith Sajeev as the leads. Vishnu Sivaprasad is directing the film Mike. Shooting began in Mysore.  ‘Arjun Reddy’ fame Radhan as the music director makes  his Malayalam debut. National award-winner Vivek Harshan handling the edits and cinematography is by Renadive, who has worked  for films like ‘Comrade in America’, ‘Vijay Superum Pournamiyum’ and ‘Shylock’.\

The Great Indian Kitchen which won Kerala State award and got appreciation nationwide was directed by Jiyo Boby . Now the director announced his next- Swantharaya samaram ( Freedom Fight). The film is an  anthology with Boby directing one and four other directors joining him. Joju George, Rohini,and Rajisha Vijayan are those playing lead roles.
