Usually we don't bring in movies especially the weekend ones to decided the ranking of the serials of top 3 channels. This time the three channels for Pongal had premiere. The TRP ratings were so high that we had to bring in the movies. Three movies aired on Sun TV took the 3 out of 5 top programes of Pongal festive season. Pulikuthi Pandi top the TRP with No 1 slot followed Suriya"s Soorarao potti and Rajinikanth's Darbar at 5th place. The first tw fk o were premierein show Darbar us not so and still manged to be in top 5 shows Rajinikanth public support. Sun TV's Vanatha Pola at 3rd slot and Roja in third are from Sun.
