Soundarya Rajinikanth web-series dropped by Amazon / Mohanlal film producer buys Hollywood top agency

Amazon Prime’s web series, Gangs Kuruthi Punal came Soundarya Rajinikanth way as creative producer, an opportunity she must have wanted after the debacle Kochadiyaan . After shooting 100 episodes , the project has been put on the back burner. Launched with great fanfare .halfway through the shoot in Puducherry, things started going haywire, and it overshot the budget. Creative Producer and director Novah started developing difference of opinion and things turned sour with Noah being blamed for not having better control. With Ashok Selvan .Sathyaraj and Nasser in the cast, the web series could have got the eyeballs but the money flow to Production was stopped, Then came the announcement by Amazon Prime that it will be paused as the streaming platform is now in a course correction . It could mean that Soundarya continues with Noah or would be shown the door.
