Rajini silence on Leo - Sangeeth Sivan and Malavika Mohanan in news

Latest on Leo is that Rajinikanth has not spoken a word about the film. Considering that his next film is directed by Lokesh and that he had seen the film, the silence is baffling. Usually, he comes out in the open about any film he likes. Even after seeing Beast, he did not say anything and in this case too Nelson was to direct his next with him.

On box office front after  6 days, the film on 7 day collected Rs 10 crore taking Tamil net to Rs 214 crore . The Hindi version is doing much better than Tiger Shroff Ganapath and Yariyaan 2 ( remake of Bangalore Days ). Theatre owners did not make an money from Leo as Producer- Distributor took away 80 % from first 6 days collection. Tripur Subramanian head of multiplex theatres said that considering overheads like power and other charges , owners have suffered a loss. As there was no other film, theatres agreed for 80 %. Usually it 65% for first week and 60 % for second week. The film will be out on Netflix and date is November 21.

Sangeeth Sivan is back in Bollywood with Golmaal actors Shreyas Talpade and Tushaar Kapoor for a horror film. Produced by Jayesh Patel, the film is set in the 70’s where there was no mobiles and social media. Shooting is on in Faridabad.
