Maanaadu’s
Telugu and Hindi remake rights are in big demand. Telugu theatrical rights that
has been bought is yet to release and now the buyer is willing to pay the
remake rights for the same language and also for Hindi. The clash between two
stars like in Vikram Vedha has excited producers as they feel that a multi star
film would do wonders if Maanaadu is remade.
Yet another
factor for remake is that that the
reason said in the film , for hero to be the chosen one to save the CM as he was
born a Muslim in a North Indian temple and has closeness to Babri Masjid
destruction is what that will strike chord with the mass.
S J Suryah
has dubbed himself for the Telugu version. Maanaadu’s Tamil prints released in
North India has got exceptional good response. Even cities like Chandigarh
witnessed full shows as Tamil population after reading the rave reviews went to
see the film. Suryah dialogue and Yuvan’s BGM for Suryah has become popular
