Dato Malik arrest scare Tamil filmdom - Kamal Haasan MNM selects areas to contest and Dulquer in Suriya film
Tamil filmdom especially actors and production houses are worried after Dato Malik was areested by Malaysian Police for money laundering and funding terror groups.
MNM party founded by Kamal Haasan has after a State wide suevey identified Chennai Central and North as seats that the actor could win and outside the city they have marked Sreperumbadur ,Tirupur and Pollachi. Many were expecting Kamal to contest from Chennai South or again from Coimbatore. The two seats in Chennai are DMK strongholds and only if an alliance in struck with MNM can the latter win. Kamal and Rahman were spotted at Oscar Museum in Hollywood and was watching Godfather at the theatre
As King of Kotha starring Dulquer Salmaan is ready to hit theatres for Onam, a report states that he is appear with Suriya in the Tamil film directed by Sudha Kongara. After the critical acclaim that Soorarai Pottru got and the national awards, the coming together of same combo and now with Dulquer in addition has raised the expectation of the fans.
