Rajinikanth 172 adds Sivakarthikeyan - Mammootty - Kamal inaugurates Krishna Statue - Ajith Diwali abroad


 

Thalaivar 172 by Lokesh might see Sivakarthikeyan joing hands with Rajinikanth as talks are in progress.  Meanwhile Raghava Lawrence is said to have agreed to join T172. Meanwhile a report from Kerala says Rajinikanth has asked Lokesh to approach Mammootty for a role as for Jailer he was approached by Rajini himself and the Malayalam Mega Star agreed but later it was changed as he found that casting him as villain would go against the film. As things stand Mammootty is committed to a film directed by Mahesh Narayanan and produced by Fahad Fasil.

Kamal Haasan inaugurated the statue of Late Actor Krishna at a function in Vijayawada’s Guru Nanak Colony. YSCRP leader Avinash took the initiative to set up the Statue and got all permissions from Andhra CM Jagan. Krishna’s family in ten days handed over the statue. Avinash was praise for Kamal for taking time to come for the function.


Arun Matheswaran director of Captain Miller revealed that if the film clicks then a prequel and sequel would be made. The film post production work is on and to be released on Pongal next year. Music is by GVP.
