Linguswamy, the director of the first installment of Paiyaa, has been making efforts to create a sequel for quite some time. It is rumored that he has managed to impress Karthi with the script. Linguswamy's previous films, including Run, Sandaikozhi, and Paiyaa, were highly successful at the box office.
Dil Raju, a well-known producer and distributor, had initially planned to release the movie "Adipurush" starring Prabhas in both the Nizam and Uttarandhra regions. However, when the Telugu states rights for the film were transferred from UV Films to People Media Factory, the entire situation changed. Recent reports indicate that the producer has set the price for the Nizam region at 60 Crores and the Uttarandhra region at 22 Crores. It appears that Dil Raju, possibly due to his past experiences with big movies turning into failures, has decided not to distribute Prabhas's "Adipurush." The reports also mention that the makers are investing Rs 2 crore in the pre-release event, which is expected to be attended by various celebrities from the Telugu film industry. Additionally, the makers are planning to unveil a trailer for the movie during the pre-release event scheduled for June 6.
