On the Tamil Nadu political parties spending more than Maharashtra and Delhi , is because Google has concentrated on language wise products and this has made it attractive to the political parties.
In Tamil Nadu, both majors took to print media towards the last leg of the campaign and till then tapped the internet and TV channels. Much before the poll announcement, ruling party had the advantage to issue advts hailing various projects launched by them.
