Vishal's Veerame Vagai Soodum is in final stage of post production. The film marks the entry of Jaara Jaara item song actress Dimple Hayathi as solo heroine in a Tamil film. She acted in Devi 2 - Telugu- Tamil film. She is currently acting in Dhanush 's Hind film Aatangi Re. Her item song in Telugu film Gaddalakoda Ganesh ( remake of Jigarthanda) was a big hit.
The film was shot in various parts of Hyderabad and around Chennai. The film tells the story of a common man who confronts those in power. Yogibabu, Marimuthu, Tulsi, Kavita Bharathi, RNR Manohar, Baburaj, Billy Murali, Raveena, KSG Venkatesh, Maha Gandhi, Mariam George, Black sheep Deepti plays the lead roles.
Saravanan writes and directs. Lead composer Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing the music for the film. Gavin Raj to do cinematography, NB Srikanth to do editing. SS Murthy does the art direction, Vasuki Bhaskar does the costume design. The sound system is done by Tapas Nayak. Anil Arasu, Ravi Verma and Dinesh set the fight scenes. Kannadasan does the advertising design. Johnson does public relations work. Bala Gopi is the Executive Producer.
